FAQ
Church Questions
Is there a fee to register a church?
No. Registering your church on the platform is completely free. There are no subscription fees or charges for church accounts.
How long does the approval process take?
Most church applications are reviewed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your church is approved and your admin account is set up.
How does church moderation work for large congregations?
Each approved church gets a Head Admin account (the applicant who registered the church), who can invite additional moderators to help manage the congregation. For large congregations, the Head Admin and any moderators they appoint share member profile approvals through the Church Admin portal, which is designed to be efficient even at scale.
What happens after a church application is rejected?
You'll receive an email explaining the reason. You can address the issue and resubmit a new application at any time via the Register Your Church page.
Can we update our church details after registration?
Yes. Church admins can update their church profile details, including description, contact information, and location, from within the Church Admin portal.
What control does the church admin team have?
The Head Admin and any moderators they appoint can review, approve, or reject member profile submissions from your congregation. Rejected profiles receive an email with the reason provided. The Head Admin can also manage the church's moderator team and update church details.
